    My brother and I went to this boost store on February 2 2026 at about 1 or 2 0m. There were two people at this store and my brother needed help to get a new phone. On addition he had forgotten.hia pin and password The two ladies were able to quickly help him get a new phone and got it set up. They did an extraordinary job and very quickly helped with the purchase and set up of the new phone. The customer service they gave was outstanding.service and very friendly. The experience with these professionals was outstanding. This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to return. Both of them were excellent and did an outstanding job. We greatly appreciate what they did. Due to our situation we were in, not remembering our passwords.pins, it was not easy. Yet and still they did a very professional job, , conversed with us thru the whole process, and made it look easy. Both of these ladies did an outstanding job and I want to greatly commend them.
