I came in one day last week to get my grandfather a new phone and set up with a plan. The second we walked in, Alex greeted us and was so sweet and polite. He helped us learn what some of our options were and even went out of his way to get us something almost identical to what my grandfather had before because he was used to it. The time and care he put into helping us was a really big deal, especially for my grandpop and now he’s zipping around on his new phone happy as all hell.
