Alyssa was great, smart, fast and very nice. She helped us switch my elderly mother's phone from Puretalk to Boost because the prior service throttled her data and its scary being lost. Imagine how scary it is being lost ,can't call anyone, etc. Shame on Walmart. They didnt learn their lesson from Straight talk and their class action suit, just rebranded. I know this because I used to use them and they did the same to me. I had that same fear. And I received a check in the mail. View on Google

THIS STORE AND ALY DESERVE TEN STARS!!! If you’ve never been to this store you’re crazy! This is by far the BEST Boost Mobile store in this area!! Perhaps this state! My wife & I have been with Boost for over 25 years since they started as Simple Mobile. Yesterday, my wife’s screen “Froze.” Couldn’t do a thing! Called Boost Mobile customer service and after TWO (2) Hours on the phone and after speaking with FIVE (5) people, they weren’t able to help! Those people are useless! One of them told me to take the phone to a Boost Mobile store and they will take care of it! After going to the store near me, it turned out they could NOT fix it, and it needed a brand- new screen. They recommended a repair store nearby and a new screen would cost $100 but since they didn’t have one in stock, it would take THREE (3) days to order and replace it! So I went to this Boost Mobile store on Augusta Rd and met with Aly! Well…Aly was a genius! She was able to fix the phone in LESS THAT FIVE (5) minutes! Aly then pointed out how old the phones were (both mine and my wife’s) and we knew they were, but she educated us on an UPGRADE for an amazing PRICE and an amazing MONTHY RATE with AMAZING SERVICE! After much questioning by my wife & I we signed up for the service! Now, here’s the most amazing part! My wife asked if she’d be able to transfer all her photos, etc. to the new phone and Aly said “probably not because the screen on your old phone is frozen and I won’t be able to get into it –but I’ll try!” Guess what? Aly had everything transferred within TEN (10) minutes!!! What a GENIUS! Aly is the BEST and anyone who does not go to this store is out of their mind and probably deserves to get ripped off at another store! Thank you Aly for being so kind, professional and friendly and smart! And thank you for getting TWO NEW CUSTOMERS, even though it’s an extra FIFTEEN (15) minute drive from where we live! It’s worth it! And thank you for all the hugs! And BTW, this was not only our FIRST (1st) visit to the store, but also the FIRST (1st) time we’ve ever met Aly.
