***HELPS FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENTS*** JOCELYN helped get our exchange student get up and running with a phone IMMEDIATELY! Some people might say, "So what!", but there were trust issues w/billing. Because Jocelyn is bilingual she gained the families trust enough to get them on their own plan so it didn't affect ours (a plan you can't get anymore). She was able to pause the students phone from his country so there wasn't double billing either

Let me start by saying this is the best boost mobile store in the tri county area, their knowledge of the mobile devices they sell and their customer service is top tier.
I have been with boost for about a decade now and every time I had bought a new phone I had to set it up myself and transfer all my contacts, apps, pics, videos and music over which never went how best buy or anyone else told me it would go, the woman that helped me today (6/17/2024) is extremely helpful and answered all my questions, and even set my new phone up exactly like my old one was, didn't lose one thing!! CHECK THESE GUYS OUT BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING!!! Thank you again for the fantastic service!! Will always use this store!!!
