    This location only had one employee working and the line was getting very backed up. I felt bad for being the customer that did a 4 family plan upgrades but... He should of had another employee to help. View on Google

    This is in response to Joy and Lady Nightingal, This customer is a liar, i was in the store when this happened and none of what she is saying is the truth. the sales rep was very professional and did everything in his power to help the customer, he explained what he could do and even offered to help fix the phone, the customer refused every single thing he tried to offer when it came to helping, she also did nothing but yell at the sales rep, and she was very rude to the sales rep as well, He explain he had no power to do a refund and i believe he did have the Mgr on the phone, and the customer was even extremly rude to her, refusing any and all help. And her story changed many times in the process, she even threatened legal actions against the company and said she would even sit outside everyday to make sure no customers came to this store, and even told serveral customers who came in not to use Boost, and made those customers leave the store by lying to them, nothing this cusomer said is once again true, Ive been a cutomer at this location for a while, and everyone who has ever worked here has been very professional and extremly helpful, i recomend everyone come to this location if they want the best customer service.     Hello, I was a customer today and I am doing this in response to joy Nightingale and lady nightingale reviews. The statements said in those posts are untrue and the employees were in fact respectful and patient. The customers where the ones irate and rude to the employees, they were not willing to actually listen to the employees and was yelling at the employees. They went as far as to turn customers away from the store and told people that it was a scam store. They wouldn’t let sales representatives to troubleshoot the phone to see what was wrong with the phone. View on Google

    Everyone here is very professional, the guy with the glasses knows what he’s talking about, every time I come in he greets me, and is very knowledgeable about what he’s talking about. He’s very friendly. And I highly recommend coming into this boost location. Will definitely be back in to see them soon. View on Google
