    I stopped by the Boost Mobile on Division and Mason after my phone unexpectedly locked me out. Even though I didn’t have all my account details, Maria was extremely patient and did everything she could to help. When we realized the best option was a new phone, she let me know I was eligible for an upgrade and found me an awesome deal. She made sure all my information was transferred over smoothly and explained everything clearly. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.     I went to the Boost Mobile on Division and Mason today because my phone suddenly locked me out. I didn’t have all my account information, but the sales representative, Maria, really tried her best to help me get back in. When that didn’t work, she recommended getting a new phone since I was eligible for an upgrade. She got me a great discount and helped transfer all of my information to the new phone, which made the whole process much less stressful. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially for the tablet she told me about. Highly recommend this location! View on Google
