several weeks I was due for an upgrade so I drove to the Brooklyn Center store on 66th ave . everything went well & been enjoying my new Moto G Stylus until yesterday I was changing some apps & my phone sent me to this security sign in with PIN #. didn't notice until my phone thought that I wanted to use a PIN # to open it up. What I thought the pin was, afterwards, turns out that I couldn't recall the correct numerical sequence. I asked Brian if there was some way for management . to over ride this security measure. He was unable to help @ that moment, however, he sent me to another Boost dealer @1700 Rice St. St.Paul. Without me having the correct sequence PIN, Ihab Aqel gave me instructions on how to retrieve my phone ,via , GOOGLE account.I was ready to leave the store when Ihab asked to see my phone & asked me for the pin that I had created, he then held it in his hand , punched the PIN # in & my phone was back up as if he had the magic touch, I was so shocked, I had been trying these same 4 digits since Thursday afternoon when my phone locked me out. Ihab, if your the manger that helped me today ,you saved me a lot of trouble & being able to use my phone. I really appreciate that ,also want a shout-out to Brian @ the Brooklyn Center location for recommending Ihab to get me back on line. Both of you were there to meet my desperate needs sometimes in this confusing world of communication.
