I had such a wonderful experience at this location with Ms lulu. I have so much great things to say about this young lady I don’t think it’s enough space to write here lol. So I’m just going to sum it up and make it short. My husband and I went to inquire about an upgrade on our phones, as soon as we walked in she greeted us and said I’ll be right with you, Even though she had a store full of people (not too many people speak when you go in establishment nowadays). Then after it came to our turn she explained the devices we were inquiring about as well as changes that will affect our plan(some places will add anything to your bill with no explanation) after that we were sold even thought we weren’t planning on upgrading that day. Lulu was very easy to talk to, felt like I was talking to a friend. Also very patient, knowledgeable, and fast. We were in and out in 15 mins. AND OMG almost forgot……. this was the cleanest store I’ve ever been to and I’ve been with boost mobile for 10 yrs. I will never go to a different location again. Thank you Lulu, you’re the best. To the boss: give this girl a raise 🙏
