Bring your latest bill from your previous carrier — it usually has everything we need: account number, account owner's name, billing address, and your number transfer (Port-Out) PIN. Can't find it? Come in anyway and our team will help you track it down.

• Pay in the App — Manage your bill anytime in the Boost Mobile app.

• Pay by Phone — Call Customer Care at (833) 502-6678 and we'll take care of the rest.

• Set Up AutoPay — Never miss a payment. Set up AutoPay in store or at boostmobile.com.

Here's what helps us get you set up quickly:

• Check that your device is compatible — Most phones released in the last 5 years work just fine. If you've got a newer, unlocked phone, you're set. Examples include iPhone XR or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold or newer, and Google Pixel 5 or newer.

• Make sure your device is unlocked — Phones are usually locked to the carrier you bought them from for a set period, or until the device is paid off. Not sure? Bring it in and we'll help you check.

• Keeping your current number? Bring your latest bill from your previous carrier — it usually has everything we need: account number, account owner's name, billing address, and your number transfer (Port-Out) PIN. Can't find it? Come in anyway and our team will help you track it down.
