You can see your plan details by going to My Account and clicking My Plan.
Go to My Account and tap My Plan. Under Plan, tap Change to see your available plans. Tap Choose Plan to update your plan.
To view your data usage, go to My Account and tap My Usage. You can see how much mobile data and hotspot data you’ve used in your current billing cycle.
Please Note: Data usage is not updated in real time. Not all customers can see their data usage within the BoostOne app. If you don’t see your data usage under My Account, please visit your Dashboard on boostmobile.com to do so.
Go to My Account and click on Settings . Scroll down and click Notifications under preferences.You can toggle on/off how you would like to receive notifications from BoostOne. Your options are email, push, and SMS text message.
