Can a data pack replenish my Mobile Hotspot data too?

Mobile hotspot data draws from your plan’s data allotment. Data packs do replenish Mobile Hotspot data.

What's the difference between a one-time data pack and an ongoing data pack?

  • One-Time Data Pack Add-On: This Data Pack would not recur monthly. The allotment is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Ongoing Data Pack Bolt-On: This Data Pack will automatically recur on a monthly basis and the cost would be added to your Monthly Payment. The ongoing bolt-on would continue every month, until you decide you no longer want the extra data. The data allotment in this recurring option would automatically renew every month on your Payment Date.

How can I add a One-Time Data Pack or Ongoing Data Pack to my service?

  • Log into My Account > select Dashboard > select Manage Add-On. You can either select to start the data pack Immediately or on the Next Monthly Payment.
  • Via My Boost App > Usage > select Manage Plan and Add-Ons. You can either select to start the data pack Immediately or on the Next Monthly Payment.
