Boost Mobile customers can choose between multiple plans that offer a variety of benefits, giving more of what you need and less of what you don’t. Find all the available plans.
With a plan that has a set amount of data per month, you can only use up to that much data each month. Once you’ve used that up, you won’t be able to use data on your phone for things like surfing the web or sending multimedia messages (MMS).
With an unlimited plan, you never have to worry about running out of data. If you use all your high-speed data for a month, your speeds may be reduced, but you’ll always be able to use data services.
You need a 5G capable device and to be in an area where 5G service is available in order to take advantage of 5G speeds. If your phone isn’t capable of 5G or you’re in an area without 5G service, you still get 4G speeds.

A mobile hotspot provides data connectivity to other internet-capable devices. Mobile hotspot data allocations vary by plan. If you use your phone as a hotspot, it'll pull from your total high-speed data allotment.
You can see your data usage in the BoostOne app or on the website. You can see how much mobile and hotspot data you’ve used.
In the BoostOne app: Go to My Account and click on View Usage.
On the web: Log into your account Dashboard and scroll down to Data Usage. If you need more data, you can click on Add More Data then Add Extras on the next page to view one-time and recurring data pack options for your account.

Your service will be interrupted until you make a payment. You’ll be able to call Boost Mobile Customer Care at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678).
When you make a payment to restore services, your monthly payment date will move to one day before the date your service was restored. For example, if your service is restored on the 15th, your payment due date will be the 14th of the following month.
You have 120 days to resume service by paying your monthly payment in full or your account will be canceled and you’ll lose any funds in your account balance, any earned Boostcoin, and your phone number.
