I tried for three days to pay my T Mobile bill without success online, over the phone, and in a retail store. Because my card was fraudulently charged in Utah three weeks ago, the bank issued me a new card. However, T-Mobile put a "block" on my account and would not accept a new one input online. The phone people and in-store people wanted to charge me $10 and $15 service charges for manually inputting the payment when their data system was the problem. I left T-Mobile's store with my account number and transfer PIN and changed to Boost.
