Screen repair service fees typically cost $29. All other damage repair service fees typically cost between $39 and $99. Deductibles for lost or stolen device claims are between $40 and $349, depending on the original price of your device and device model. Once you’re enrolled, your deductible does not change even if the store price of your device changes. All costs, charges, and fees are subject to applicable taxes.
New, Renewed, and Bring Your Own Device are eligible for Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services. Some exclusions apply and devices must meet certain qualifications to be eligible.
Yes. The standard tracking app on your device (such as Find My iPhone) must be turned on and remain turned on for a claim to be processed for a lost or stolen device. Claims may be denied if it is turned off.
If your device is lost or stolen, or if you have Boost Protect and your device is damaged:

If you have Boost Protect with AppleCare Services and your device is damaged or malfunctioning: Open the Apple Support app on your Apple device or visit getsupport.apple.com to log in and start your repair. You can also call Apple Support at 1-800-275-2273 (U.S.) or 1-800-263-3394 (Canada).
Once your claim is approved, you have provided any necessary documentation, and have paid the service fee or deductible, you will be provided with convenient repair options based on your device, location and the type of damage. Repairs can be completed as soon as the next business day. If your device was lost, stolen or cannot be repaired, you will receive a replacement device. Replacement devices are shipped to arrive on the 2nd business day. If your device cannot be replaced, you may be issued with a reimbursement in the form of a coupon/voucher that can be redeemed at a Boost Mobile store location towards a new device, or a digital gift card.
If your service is interrupted due to non-payment, your Boost Protect or Boost Protect with AppleCare Services coverage will be placed on hold until your balance due is paid in full and your service is restored.
You can cancel anytime by calling Boost Mobile Customer Care at 1-833-50-BOOST (1-833-502-6678). Any unused monthly fees will be refunded according to applicable law. Once canceled, coverage cannot be added back to your device.
