How do I ensure my voicemail account is secure?

Boost Mobile places a high priority on protecting the personal information of customers.

Customers must establish a password when setting up their voicemail account and recommends that customers continue to use their password. Passwords offer the best protection from unauthorized access.

If establishing a password option on the voicemail prompt is skipped, your voicemail account may be vulnerable to unauthorized access.
