North America Connect: Primary usage must occur in the United States. Calls, texts or data roaming while in Mexico cannot exceed 50% of total usage over time or your service may be terminated. “Data roaming" must be turned on in your device's settings for this feature to function properly. Mexico/Canada roaming coverage and service is not available everywhere. Mexico/Canada roaming are only available on compatible LTE/GSM devices. Data speeds are dependent on the local carriers network. Billing will begin as soon as you enable North America Connect, you will automatically be charged $10/mo until you cancel the service.
