FAQs

Unlocking your phone usually takes a few hours, but sometimes a few days so plan ahead. Follow these steps to get your phone unlocked. Once that’s done, we’ll handle the rest.
  • Pay off your phone in your current carrier’s app or website
  • Confirm your phone is unlocked. Check your previous carrier’s unlock policies online.
  • If your phone is paid off but still locked, contact your previous carrier

You’ll need the following info fro your current carrier to transfer your number to Boost Mobile:

  • Account number
  • Account owner’s name
  • Account billing address
  • Current carrier
  • Number transfer PIN (port out PIN)
  • Phone number

If your phone’s model number is NOT listed here, then call 833-626-6786 and our support team will send you a new SIM that is compatible!

To find your ICCID: On the back of the SIM card delivered to you, locate the 20 digit number in the bottom left corner under the ICCID barcode.

To find your IMEI: Call *#06#
