2. Check Your Phone Is Unlocked

To join our network, your phone must be unlocked. Phones are usually locked to the carrier you purchased from.

Two ways to check:

iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About. If it says "No SIM restrictions," your phone is unlocked and ready to go.

Android: Go to Settings > Network > Mobile Network > Network Operators. If multiple networks appear, your phone is likely unlocked.

If your phone is locked check out How to Unlock Your Phone.
