If you live in New York, we can’t offer the full insurance package if you purchased a phone for $249.99 or less. Below that, we can only offer Loss/Theft protection. If you’ve got questions, give us a call at (833) 502-6678.

Repair deductibles are $29 or $99, depending on the damage. Replacement deductibles for loss and theft range from $40 to $349, depending on your phone. Your deductible is determined at the time of purchase and is based on the market price of the make and model of your phone. Once you're enrolled, your deductible does not change even if the store price of your phone changes. All costs, charges and fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Lookout® Premium mobile security guards your phone against infectious websites, Wi-Fi threat detection, out-of-date software and password breaches. If lost or stolen, Lookout can also locate your phone and sound an alarm, send an email with your phone's last location and lock your phone while wiping your personal information. Note: not all features are available for all operating systems and devices. Once you sign up for Boost Protect, you’ll get an email prompting you to activate Lookout® Premium, so keep an eye on your inbox.

All new devices are eligible if you enroll within 30 days of activation. If you’re upgrading to a new device or swapping to a new device, you have 30 days to enroll.

Visit My Phone Guardian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to file a claim. 


Lost and theft incidents must be reported within 60 days of loss unless otherwise required by state law. For approved damage or malfunction claims, the phone replacement will have detailed information on how to return the damaged phone. 


If the phone is not returned within 10 days of receiving your replacement, you will be charged an unrecovered equipment fee up to the MSRP of the phone at enrollment.

Once your claim is approved, you will be provided with convenient repair options based on your phone, location and type of damage. Repairs can be completed as soon as the next business day. If your phone was lost, stolen or unrepairable, a replacement phone will be shipped to an address of your choice. Replacement phones are shipped to arrive on the 2nd business day.

Your device protection will be placed on hold while your account is past due. Device protection will not take effect again until your next paid billing cycle. Protection is not available for canceled lines of service.

You may cancel your device protection at any time. Keep in mind, once you cancel, you may not be able to re-enroll for that device. Please take note of enrollment eligibility if you ever end up needing to re-enroll in Boost Protect. You can reach out to us at (833) 502-6678 if you need help.
