If you’re new to Boost Mobile, you have a full 30 days to test your wireless service risk-free. If you’re not completely satisfied in those first 30 days, just contact Boost Customer Care to initiate a cancellation and request a full refund (including taxes and eligible fees).

To qualify, you must: activate one or more lines on a new account, port in your number from another carrier, enroll in AutoPay, and submit your refund request within 30 days of your account start date.

Add-Ons purchased during those first 30 days (like extra data or international calling features) are also eligible for refund, provided they were bought before you canceled. Services added after you’ve requested cancellation aren’t refundable.

When you add a new phone to your cart on the Boost Mobile website, select Affirm as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted to provide some basic information for a real-time decision. If approved, you can select a payment schedule—typically 3, 6, or 12 months—and complete your purchase immediately.

All Boost Mobile phone plans include unlimited talk, text and data. Each plan includes a set amount of premium high-speed data, which varies by plan. After you use your monthly premium data, you can continue using unlimited data at reduced speeds or add 10GB of premium data for $10.

Premium data is the high-speed 5G and 4G LTE data included in every Boost Mobile plan. You use it for streaming, video calls, gaming and apps when you're not on Wi-Fi. Boost Mobile's $25 Unlimited plan includes 30GB of premium data each month. Global Connection and Unlimited+ include 40GB, and Unlimited Premium includes 50GB.

All Boost Mobile plans include unlimited data, so you're never cut off and never charged overage fees. If you use all your premium data before the month ends, you can add another 10GB for $10 anytime. Otherwise, you stay connected at reduced speeds until your premium data resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can bring your own phone to any of Boost Mobile’s Unlimited plans. Before you switch, make sure your device is unlocked and compatible with Boost.

Yes, absolutely! When you sign up and activate your Boost Mobile plan, you'll be given the option to port your existing number over from your current carrier. Just make sure your current account remains active until the transfer to Boost Mobile is fully complete.
