Why do we disallow certain International Minute Packs offers with International Connect PLUS offers?

Certain International Minute Pack offers are not available with International Connect PLUS because they may include the same calling areas already included with International Connect PLUS and we want to enjoy the calling features already included with their International Connect PLUS add-on.

Which Boost Mobile plans are compatible with International Minute Packs?

International Minute Packs are compatible with any Boost monthly plan.

Can I buy the same International Minute Pack more than once?

No, you cannot have more than one of the same International Minute Pack at a time. However once you use up the minutes in an International Minute Pack, you may buy the same International Minute Pack again. (For example, you cannot have two International Minute Pack to Brazil at the same time. When the first Brazil International Minute Pack is used up, you can purchase another Brazil International Minute Pack.)

Can I buy more than one International Minute Pack to the same country if the minutes included in the pack vary?

Yes, you can buy two International Minute Packs for the same country if the minutes included in the pack are different. (For example, you can buy a $10 250 minute Mexico International Minute Pack and a $3 75 minute Mexico International Minute Pack at the same time.)

However, it is recommended that you use all remaining minutes in the pack prior to purchasing another minute pack (even if the minutes included vary) to buying more minutes than you will need at one time.

When does my International Minute Pack expire?

International Minute Packs expire 90 days from purchase date.

What happens if my International Minute Pack is used up before the 90 day period?

If you've used up all of your International Minute Pack's allocated minutes before the end of the 90 day period, any additional voice minutes used within that 90 day period will be charged at the discounted International Rates currently available for International Connect PLUS customers. In addition, you will continue enjoying unlimited international text messaging (SMS only) to designated country until the end of the one-month period. If your account does not have sufficient funds to cover any additional minutes used, the call will terminate; however, the unlimited international text messaging (SMS only) feature (to designated country) will still be available for use.

You may also buy another International Minute Pack if you prefer and the 90 day period will reset to the new date of purchase.

After the end of the 90 day period, all calls and text messages will be charged at the regular per-minute and per-message rates.

When can I add an International Minute Pack to my account?

You can add an International Minute Pack to your account any time as long as your service is not interrupted and your balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the International Minute Pack.

How can I track my usage?

Once you've used 75%, 90% or 100% of the minutes in your International Minute Pack, you'll receive a text message warning notification. You can also track your usage online in My Account.

How do I add an International Minute Pack to my account?

Once you've activated your Boost monthly account, you can add an International Minute Pack by logging in to My Account on boostmobile.com or by visiting a dealer store. If you'd like to add it in My Account, you must log in to your account, click on "Plans and Add-Ons," select "Change Add-Ons," and select the desired International Minute Pack.

Where can I use the International Minute Pack?

You can use the International Minute Pack from the Boost domestic coverage area.

When do I need to pay for an International Minute Pack?

You must ensure you have enough funds to cover your Minute Pack before adding it to your Boost account.

If I have not subscribed to an International Minute Pack, can I still make international calls and send international text messages?

Yes. You will be charged accordingly on a per-minute and per-message basis. Check International Rates often for the latest details and rates for international calls.
