How can I participate in the Referral Program?

Eligible monthly plan customers who meet the program requirements, as defined below, can participate in the Referral Program.

What do eligible Boost Mobile customers get for referring friends and family to Boost Mobile?

Eligible Boost Mobile customers will receive an account credit for each referral (up to $500 referral rewards per calendar year) who successfully activates on a monthly plan and meets the Referral Program requirements as set forth below.

What are the Referral Program requirements?

Referrer (Existing Boost Customers)

  • Sign up for the program and send referral offer to a friend
  • Have made 1 successful monthly payment in the lifetime of the account
  • At the time of referral, be an active subscriber on an eligible monthly plan and in good standing at time of credit
  • Friend activates phone on an eligible monthly plan and has 1 successful monthly payment
  • Referrer receives email to claim reward.
  • Note: account credits will not be issued if rewards are unclaimed.

Referees (Referred by Boost Customers)

  • Sign up for the program and unlock referral offer
  • Perform a new activation within 90 days of receiving referral via any channel
  • Have made 1 successful monthly payment
  • At the time of the referral, be an active subscriber on an eligible monthly plan and in good standing at time of credit
  • Referee receives email to claim reward.
  • Note: account credits will not be issued if rewards are unclaimed.

When will this program end?

There currently is no end date, but Boost reserves the right to terminate and/or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

How many referrals can a Boost Mobile customer make?

  • You can earn a max of $500 referral rewards per calendar year. The referral rewards annual limit begins with the date you were issued your first credit.
  • Referees, who get their first reward for being referred, are eligible to earn up to $475 per calendar year in additional rewards for referring friends too.

Who can I refer?

You can refer friends and family who are not currently Boost Mobile customers.

When will the account credit be applied to my account?

Once you have claimed your reward, please allow for up to 4 weeks to receive the account credit. Please check back at the referral program to view your referral and credit status. If you still have questions you can email the referral program care by signing in and selecting Contact Us.

What if I change my Mobile Number after I register for the Referral Program?

If you change your mobile number you will need to have the new number updated on your member account to continue to be eligible for Referral Rewards. Sign in to your referral account and contact the Referral team to update your profile.

What if the person I would like to refer already activated service?

You must first refer friends or family before they activate service.

The person I referred deleted the referral email or no longer has the social media posting. What should I do?

  • You can resend an email or re-post from the Referral Rewards website homepage. Be sure to sign in first.

Do referrals expire?

  • Yes. Referral emails are valid for 90 days.
  • You can check the status of these referrals in the Referral Statement, located on the Home page of the referral website.
